The eight basic stances are fundamentals for all Chinese Martial Arts systems. We have three basic sets that cover all the stances below. The purpose is to train the foundation of stances with hand movements/techniques. By developing a strong foundation through the eight basic stances, you will build a solid root that will lead to power, speed and coordination.
